Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling various parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Further images disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
